How to Pass Nebosh IG1

Nebosh Course New Syllabus

Duration: 24hours

Submission Procedures:

Fill the answers in answer template and submit it on the submission portal.

Passing Criteria:

75 or above Distinction

64-74 – Credit

45-64 – Pass

0-44 – Refer

IG1 (Viva) :

Usually, 30 -45 Mins

Can be online or face to face

Read the scenario once, twice, or even thrice to become familiar with it.
Then read the question and understand what kind of answer is expected for the question.
For most questions especially when they mention “based on scenario only” you must rephrase your answers to include them in the scenario.
Once you have read the question, look at the total marks for the question and provide valid points
Always try and provide extra points, to balance just in case if any of your points become invalid.
Always lookout for the overall word count while giving extra points since it must be below 3000 words.
Its ok to refer sources but do mention all the sources that you have referred for providing answers in the end in the referencing section.
Review all your answers once it is completed. Check if you have filled answers for all the questions.
Do not wait until last minute to submit the answer paper always try to submit before an hour or two. Just in case if there are any technical difficulties then you will have sufficient time to inform the concern people.
